QuickTix ("we," "our," or "us") provides a Chrome extension that automates bulk ticket transfers on supported platforms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the QuickTix Chrome extension and our website. 2. Information We Collect

QuickTix collects the following information to provide license validation, activation, and usage-based billing:

• License key — The license key you enter to activate the extension
• Activation ID — A unique identifier for each device activation
• Device fingerprint — A non-personally identifiable identifier used to manage device activations (e.g., limit activations per license)
• Device label — An optional label you may provide (e.g., "Work laptop")
• Usage data — The number of ticket transfers performed, used for billing and usage tracking

3. Information We Do Not Collect

The following data stays entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Recipient data from your CSV — Names, email addresses, and phone numbers in your upload file are used only to fill transfer forms on Ticketmaster. This data is processed locally in your browser and is not sent to QuickTix.
• Ticketmaster account data — We do not access, collect, or transmit any data from your Ticketmaster account or the pages you visit.
• Web browsing activity — We do not collect or transmit information about the websites you visit beyond what is necessary to operate the extension on Ticketmaster transfer pages.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Validate and activate your license
• Track usage for our usage-based pricing model (first 100 transfers free per month, then $0.20 per transfer)
• Manage device activations (e.g., limit of 3 devices per license)
• Provide customer support when you contact us

5. Parties We Share Data With

We share license and usage data with the following third party, which is necessary to provide our service:

• Polar (polar.sh) — Our payment and license management provider. Polar processes license validation, activation, deactivation, and usage metering. Their privacy policy applies to data they process: https://polar.sh/legal/privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

6. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

QuickTix complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy. Our use of personal or sensitive user data is limited as follows:

• Allowed use — We use license and usage data only to provide license validation, activation, and usage-based billing. This is directly related to the extension's described functionality.
• Allowed transfer — We transfer data only to Polar, which is necessary to provide our licensing and billing service.
• Prohibited advertising — We do not use or transfer user data for personalized, re-targeted, or interest-based advertising.
• Prohibited human interaction — We do not allow humans to read user data, except as necessary for security, legal compliance, or with your explicit consent (e.g., for support).

7. Data Security

We transmit all personal and sensitive user data over secure connections (HTTPS). Data is encrypted in transit. Our API and website use industry-standard TLS. Polar, our license provider, uses strong encryption for data at rest and in transit.

8. Data Storage

The QuickTix extension stores your license key and activation ID locally in Chrome's storage API on your device. This data is used to validate your license without requiring you to re-enter it each time. You can clear this data by uninstalling the extension or using Chrome's storage settings.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability
